During his 18 years in sales and supply chain management experience in the wiring harness industry. Before founding LEX, he worked in multiple industries to gain insight and experience at companies such as FUJI and Sanbor Interconnector.  He graduated from Fujian University of Water Resources and Electric Power, majoring in power system.

Wright brings a technology-led vision and result-driven customer focus. His passion for engineering and technology is matched by a desire to build high-performance teams and agile systems that enable long-term customer and company success. Wright has a wealth of technology leadership gained from his 26-year career in product R&D and electronics manufacturing, with cross-industry insight gained from experience at companies such as Panasonic, Sanbor Interconnector, as well as Director of Engineering and Quality at Segue Xiamen Manufacturing.  He has established and maintained the quality system for ISO9001, ISO13485 and IATF16949.

As a proven leader in change management and product development, Wright is instrumental in developing LEX’s technology roadmap and practices for the engineering organization.  His industry experience spans across ODM, OEM and includes R&D, Technology management, Quality system consulting and Lean Production, Continuous Improvement, Process Validation, Business development, Plant management, and Business Operations. He enjoys running and fishing.
